These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Relai’s websites, applications, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be legally able to enter a binding contract and meet any minimum age requirements in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with security features, scraping in violation of our policies, using the Service to violate others’ rights, or transmitting malware or unlawful content. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or creates risk for us or third parties.
The Service, including its software, branding, and documentation, is owned by Relai and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes in accordance with our documentation.
Fees, trials, and billing (when enabled) will be described at checkout or in an order form. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly provided in a separate agreement.
We may modify or discontinue features of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100), except where liability cannot be limited by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, and the courts located in Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
